Galungan in Bali

Since couple days ago, Galungan celebration was held in Bali. The Hindunese pray in the temple, asking for the welfare and happiness for people. They are also praying the the good can defeat the evil.

On Pura Agung Jagatnatha, Denpasar, the biggest temple in Bali, thousands of Hindunese were attending to pray. They also provided ritual offering for the God.

Galungan is known as a victory day of goodness (dharma) over the evil. This celebration day is held every 6 months on Wednesday.
