Tanjung Karang has a beautiful scene undersea since we can see the open view of Palu Bay and Makassar Straits. We can also see the view of ships ply to the Pantoloan harbour and the fishing boat enter Palu Bay.

The community in this beach has built and rent many doss houses. As it’s name, the rate of each house only about Rp 100.000 - Rp 300.000 (US$ 10 - 30) for a night. This include a bed with one open space and bath room. The food is also cheap, since it starts from Rp 5000 (US$ 0.5).
