Taman Bunga Nusantara (Nusantara Flower Garden) was officially opened by former no 1 lady in Indonesia, Tien Soeharto, on September 10, 1995. This 23 are garden collects thousand flowers species, from local or entire world. We can visit this place in Bogor, for detail, this place is located near Gunung Gede Pangrango and Kebun Teh.
We can find about 2,000 orchids species here. They are developed by some scientists in order to get a new species. The scientists cross bed the orchid seed, with any combinations. The best result will be spread and planted, and in the end, the business will talk.
To reach this garden, you can use Puncak route, both from Jakarta or Bandung. It’s about 2 hours from each city, so, I think it’s not far.
There are facilities in Bogor Flower Garden, such as water park, rose garden, French garden, labyrinth garden, and many more.
I’m sure this place is suited for family’s vacation. So, don’t wait any longer…try to visit in next week end ok?!
