Probolinggo well known as grape maker city. Meranggon village is one of grape cultivation place in Probolinggo. With only Rp. 3000 (about US 30 cent) by using bus from Probolinggo bus station until Singo three-way intersection, continue it with take the public transportation to Meranggon it’s only cost Rp 2000 (about US 20 cent) each people.
Local citizen usually had their own grape garden, so the visitor can go straight to garden to buy grape’s by pick it themselves.
In half hectare area, as far as you can see it’s full fill by ripe grape’s. there’s five different variety on that garden, that is Isabella, Belgium, Blue Arabic, Leprin and Cardinal. Side by side with grape garden it’s red onion garden and corn garden, both also prominent commodity of Probolinggo’s farmer.
When you felt exhausted after surround the tourists object, would be great if you can stop by in this grape garden. Fill the “heaven garden” atmosphere with a tempting delicate grape.
