Indonesia has many best destinations, but for people who lives in Jakarta or Banten or West Java, TMII (Taman Mini Indonesia Indah) and Anyer beach can be the best (and nearest) destination for this holiday. Well, holiday season was started on Dec 24 and (I think) will be ended on Jan 5 2009.
In TMII, Imax theatre is became favorite, since we can watch Madagascar movie there. With it’s 3D effect and larger screen, watching movie in Imax theatre can be one of interesting experience. There are other shows in TMII, such as Christmas singing parade, some activities in North Sumatera, Yogyakarta, and many more.
Anyer Beach was getting crowded since Dec 25 2008. Vehicles, with various plat numbers, can be seen on there. My friend said, when he took vacation in Anyer beach couple years ago, the beach will be full of people until 1-2 days in the next year. Since this year the vacation is a long week end vacation, I think the crowded will be end in Jan 5 2009.
