On May 16-17 2009, an event was held on Gedung Kesenian Jakarta (Jakarta Art Building). Musical dramatical titled ‘Cinta Dasima’ (Dasima Loving) was performed by many ‘Abang-None Jakarta’, featuring Peqho Theatre. Maudy Koesnaidy, as producer, said this event was held in order to preserve Betawi Culture from extinction.
