Since Indonesia has many destinations to be visited, in other word Indonesia is a tourism country, the epidemic of swine flu becomes a threat. President himselft said, Indonesia doesn’t have to worry about this flu. However, we can’t underestimate this epidemic, because once we ignore this problem it will spread quickly and I’m not Indonesia government has plans to overcome.
In strategic points, such as airports and harbours, many detectors were equipped. Those detectors can help airport stafs to detect passengers who have body temperature higher than normal people.
Airport staffs will take the ‘hotter’ passengers to medical room to be examined further. Well, even this action is not quite effective, at least Indonesia government doesn’t underestimate the epidemic.
Hope more serious action(s) will be executed soon.
