In order to prevent culture from extinction, there are many efforts to be done by government. One of them is held National Culture Jambore in Pacitan, East Java.
This event was held by Culture and Tourism Department which made partnership with Boyscout Council. This partnership has been worked since 2004.
This year, the theme is My Culture, Your Culture, Our Culture, (is) Indonesia. The goal is those boyscouts can will explore (deeper) and understand Indonesian cultures. They also can appreciate the Indonesia cultures after they participate in some supported activities, such as discussion, culture demo, film, culture exhibition, and also culiner.
Hmmm…I think it’s time to wide open this event, so many people will know and appreciate about Indonesia culture.
